Dip. Couns., Dip. Psych., MA (Psych). UKCP registered.

I am a Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and groups.

I chose to train and practice Psychosynthesis psychotherapy/counselling because it offers the opportunity to heal the wounds that inhibit our growth, our search for meaning, wholeness and the realisation of our potential.

Whatever people suffer, be it depression, anxiety, relationship breakdown, addiction, etc. there is the symptom, which can be rooted both existentially and neurotically in the past, there is the pain and turmoil of the present and there is people’s capacity to reach their potential as their future unfolds. In my work with people, I use a rich collection of Psychosynthesis techniques and exercises that facilitate healing for the soul’s journey.

My field of speciality includes working with people who suffer addiction, which I see as the search for the beloved (our true Self), and finding the beloved within begins the journey of recovery. My work also includes developing and facilitating support for parents and families since our search for meaning, purpose and value is both individual and universal.
