Dip. Psych. (Psychosynthesis)
UKCP MA Psych. (Integrative Arts Psych.)
MA Psych. (Humanistic Integrative Arts Child Psychotherapy)

I have been involved in Counselling and Psychotherapy for ten years. My background includes working as a counsellor in GP Practices in Kensington and Chelsea & Westminster, as well as extensive experience in working with loss and bereavement (Diploma in life, loss & death, Greenwich University)

I trained at the Institute of Psychosynthesis, London and the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, London. I also provided Child therapy within the Islington School Project and I am currently a therapist with Family Futures, an organisation providing support to children who have been fostered or adopted and their families.

By combining Psychosynthesis and Integrative Arts Therapy, children and families can discover creative responses to challenging behaviour and emotional distress. In addition to therapy, the use of creative arts media enables a richer sense of expression and unfolds meaning. Attention can also be given to emotional literacy.
