Dip SW., Dip HE.
Psychotherapist in Training and under Supervision of the Institute of
Psychosynthesis
I trained at the West London Institute of Higher
Education and qualified as a Social Worker in 1994. My background includes
Youth and Community Work, especially Child Protection.
Alongside my practice as a Trainee Psychotherapist
I am currently also specialising and working in the area of Child and
Adolescent Mental Health, as well as offering support, guidance and
training to foster carers and adoptive parents.
I experience Psychosynthesis as a deeply creative
form of counselling and psychotherapy. The Individual is considered
as being on a journey towards Wholeness. My aim as a therapist is to
facilitate the vast potential that lies within each one of us. This
can include exploring how past experiences may have impacted on present
life and how this further impacts on the expression of our creativity.
Personally I have great enthusiasm for personal growth and development
and a commitment to facilitate others to find their true purpose and
fuller potential and how to live with it in alignment.
